My name is PJ Mullen and I am a work at home dad manning the captain’s chair at Real Men Drive Minivans and a dad in the kitchen at peaches en risotto.
I live in Charlotte, North Carolina with my wife, son and daughter, am an amateur chef, wannabe author, blogging fool, recovering football addict and prolific air drummer.
