My name is PJ Mullen and I am a stay-at-home dad manning the captain’s chair at Real Men Drive Minivans and I occasionally blog about being a dad in the kitchen at peaches en risotto.
Additionally, I am a contributor over at Digital Dads and was previously a contributor over at Man of the House and wrote a music column for Dad Blogs (now Dad Exchange).
I live in Charlotte, North Carolina with my wife, son and daughter, am an amateur chef, wannabe author, blogging fool, recovering football addict, prolific air drummer and the Stig in a minivan.
Professionally I’ve handled blogging and social media for Centerfield Sports managing the Spread Your Warmth campaign I created for their Sweatshirt Blanket product line. During the year long campaign we profiled 63 deserving charitable causes. The campaign came to a close in April 2011 through a NCAA-style bracket tournament as a thank you to all those who supported the campaign during its run.
I also launched the Get in the Game program I created for their Adirondack Fleece line of embroidered fleece blankets where we profile youth sports teams and athletic associations in an effort help raise awareness for the funding crisis in which they find themselves. This program ran from September 2010 through February 2011.
