Through my dad blog I became a member of the Bumble Bee Foods “Bee Squad” in 2011, contributed to Man of the House, was a member of the Shared Tastes Panel at Ready Set Eat, worked with several brands including Sony, RedEnvelope, Conair, Lands End and Baby Brezza, and won the 2010 Perdue Verifiably Good Video Contest.
peaches en risotto
My food blog that I started in October 2009. It’s rather unusual name is a mash up of one of my favorite Frank Zappa tunes and my son’s favorite fruit when he was just learning to eat solids. Around his first birthday I created the dish “peaches en risotto” which was meant to be a dessert course like a warm rice pudding, but it turns out that it goes equally well with a grilled pork tenderloin.
