Digital Dads in the Kitchen: Baby Brezza Video Review from PJ Mullen on Vimeo.

Recently I was asked to do a video review of the Baby Brezza One Step Baby Food Maker for Digital Dads. It is definitely an interesting product and one that I wished I known about when my kids were just starting on solids.

You can click through to Digital Dads to get the recipes for the things I made with the Baby Brezza One Step Baby Food Maker.

There are certain times, like holidays or when friends are in from out of town, and I want to put something different on the breakfast table. I could go with eggs and bacon, or french toast or even pancakes. Still, there is something else that takes the same effort as the rest, but has a bit of a wow factor: a Dutch Baby. Let’s Talk Breakfast, my milestone 50th post over at Digital Dads.

There are few things better than getting a great piece of meat, properly salting it and then grilling it to the perfect temperature. Which is why my favorite recipe that will always be the best and will never be improved upon is – meat, salt, and heat. This time I’m making Flat Iron Steak Bruschetta over at Digital Dads.

As my daughter’s first birthday approached it was time for me to do one of my favorite things – plan a party menu. In the “every kid is different” department our little girl couldn’t be more different than our son in that she willingly eats meat, especially sausage. A Tale of Two Sausages one of my latest at Digital Dads.
